Return Process

  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid sustainable shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to the outside of your package.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a confirmation email and a refund notification once our team inspects the return.
